“Jess trained my then boyfriend (now husband) and me a few years ago. We’d decided to start PT sessions and really didn’t know what to expect. We were a bit nervous going in to our first session, but our worries were ceased as soon as we met Jess. Her bubbly personality and kind nature immediately put us at ease and I felt the pressure to be a “gym junkie” or fits model just melt away. We discussed our goals with Jess and even though we’d both train together, she would tailor the sessions to individual needs and strengths. Jess has a wealth of knowledge about safe exercising practices and she will never let you do something that is dangerous or that would make you feel uncomfortable. At the same time , she’ll push you to achieve your best and exceed your goals! I never thought I’d be able to do chest presses or push ups, but Jess made me realise just what i am capable of. My husband is a machine and can lift more, jump higher and row harder than I; nevertheless, I was always made to feel like my achievements mattered just as much as his in our sessions with Jess.
