PERSONAL TRAINING

These sessions mean all the focus is on your goals/abilities/likes/dislikes.
We set up an initial meeting/call to go through some questions so I can get to know a bit about you and I can make sure we are ready to get going from our first session.

A great option if you prefer to:

  • Be told what you need to be doing rather than motivating yourself, and get pushed a little harder.

  • Workout privately rather than with a group of people.

  • If you’re working toward specific goals.

60 minute sessions, held at my studio in Clyde.
1:1 session - you and the trainer - $60 per session.
2:1 session - you, a buddy, and the trainer - $45p/p per session.

GROUP TRAINING - STRENGTH

Capped at four people.
The sessions are relaxed and fun, inclusive of all fitness levels and abilities. The session starts with one “big lift” followed by small muscle group work.

You will get a little more focus than the circuit group session, and you get to learn how to perform common strength training exercises.

$20 per 60 minute session
Held at my studio in Clyde.

GROUP TRAINING - CIRCUIT

Capped at eight people.
The sessions are still relaxed, fun, and inclusive of all fitness levels and abilities, with a lower price point. The workouts are a mix of resistance, strength, and fitness work.

This is a great option if you’re looking at gaining general fitness improvements and want to workout with a group of awesome women.

$10 per 60 minute session
